Book of " Al-Falk Al-Da'er Al AlMasale Al-Sa'er', the work of Ibn Abi'l-Hadid's, the linguist, interpreter and philologist belongs to ahl as-sunnah, is a methodical and scholarly critique on Ali ibn al-Athir's valuable book, " Al-Masl Al-Sa'er Fe Adab al-Katib & al-Sha'er". The Book of Ibn al-Athir is an important reference in linguistic, rhetoric, literary typology, and the method of analysis and interpretation of the text; it has been also presented two valuable articles about the two techniques of writing and poetry in the book. Ibn Abi'l-Hadid's critical views on Ibn al-Athir ideas raise new and contemplative topics in the foregoing context, which can be adapted to new perspectives and views in the field of linguistics, rhetoric and hermeneutics Therefore, in this essay, we studied and analyzed Ibn Abi'l-Hadid's linguistic, rhetorical and interpretive ideas and based on his brief and concise views in the book of Al-Falk Al-Da'er, presented a coherent theoretical and intellectual system of his thoughts which is rooted in a kind of relativism; it means that in criticizing any category, he does not consider it as an element and a separate phenomenon, and does not issue an absolute statement, but by considering the important attributes such as texture, position of the word and time and place, he take into account that category as the relative and according to these indicators speak about it
